Dr. C.K. Dash is a leading trainer in the field of soft skills, sales skills and customer relationship management skills. He has more than 20 years of experience in the file of training, development, teaching and research. He already delivered corporate training to Pantaloon Retail India Limited (PRIL) Mumbai, Staff Training College Prasarvarati (Dordarshan& All India Radio) Bhubaneswar, Small Industries Service Institutes (SISI) at, Naintal. Uttaranchal and many more. His areas of interest include Soft Skills, Marketing Management (Core), Customer Relationship Management, Retail Management, Service Marketing and Advertising & IMC.
• He is a Ph.D. in Management, (Doctorate of philosophy in Business Administration) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa; M.B.A. Berhampur University, 1994-95; P.G. Diploma in Tourism management, Berhampur University and M.A. from Berhampur University.
• He has organized FDP on Marketing AICTE sponsored as co-ordinator at IMIs Bhubaneswar From 24-29th May 2011 and Resource person to many FDP programme organized by different B-Schools in the area of Marketing. He has already produced several Ph.D.s under his guidance and has published several research papers in different national and international seminars.
• His work experience includes Asst. Professor in Ravenshaw University, Professor & Area Chair of Marketing Management with Institute of Management & Information Science (IMIS), Bhubaneswar, Orissa for about five years, Associate Professor in Marketing in Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.
• During the above period worked as Chairman, Post Graduate Council for about two years; Reader & Head Department of Business Administration, North Orissa University, Baripada, Orissa for about two years; Head of the Department of Management studies at Amrapali institute, Haldwani, Naintal as Senior Lecturer (From July 2001 to June 2002), & as Reader (From July 2002 to November 2004, Lecturer in Marketing at IPSAR (Institute of Professional studies & Research), Cuttack for about six years.
