Identifying need assessment, coordination & imparting training; Performance Management: Coordinating with various departments for the preparation of Job description and key performance indicator, assisting and compilation and calculation of appraisal data, general HR letters and coordinating with branches for timely dispatch, Assisting in preparation of HR Newsletter: i.e., compilation of date and presentation of the same, Grievance Solving: Resolving Employee grievances and ensuring that all HR police are properly implemented.

   Other HR activity: Includes liasioning with external parties for advertisement and arranging welfare activities (Conferences, meeting and team outings) for employee of the organization for responsible for ensuring discipline and all the branches and ensuring appropriate action is taken for any issues; preparation of HR formats: (Consultants, contractor, MRP forms recruitment pitch resignation letters etc.) to ensure smooth of the processes and Assisting in implementing and formulation of HR policies and procedure for the organization.

   She also handled responsibilities like conducting Induction and educating the employees about the code of conduct of the company, keeping a track of absconding employees on HR Bench and retaining some of the employees by resolving their issues and doing exit formalities of those who want to quit, educating the employees about the company policies. Conducting skip interviews focus groups and Town Hall for resolving issues and addressing the employees regularly, conducting regular Employee Engagement Programmes.

   Also conducting Reward and Recognition ceremony, exercising the process of appraisal and performance management, conducting exit interviews and clearance formalities of the employee and communicating to them about the FnF and PF formalities and working with the HR team about the policies, to bring about the amendments if required, to make our website more users friendly and updating the latest events and happenings on it.
