TWARAN derives its essence from the Sanskrit word “TWARAN” meaning ACCELERATION. Being an Indian start-up it derives its name from Sanskrit phrase. As is poised to help its clients for exponential growth with sustained development, therefore the phrase “Acceleration”

- 1. Initial meeting to understand the need of the client:Our client engagement begins with a scientific discussion with the senior management team of our client. The purpose is to understand and appreciate the directions, objectives and goals of the organisation to understand the opportunity of our intervention towards improvements in the human capital towards a better business of our client
- 2. Diagnosis and Audit: After understanding the needs, objectives etc, a structured diagnosis (may be organisational, functional or departmental) either in the shape of audit or survey is conducted within the defined time frame to arrive at the appropriate intervention strategies
- 3. Strategic Intervention: The diagnosis sets the guideline for designing the appropriate intervention strategies, for reinforcement of Key Result Areas of the organisation aligned to its business strategy
- 4. Implementation: At the structure of the appropriate intervention strategy, TWARAN attempts to implement it within the defined time frame and guidelines. This may be standardised depending upon the need of the organisation
- 5. Handholding and Feedback: Whenever and wherever required TWARAN offers handholding services to such interventions and also conducts post implementation survey to have the appropriate feedback for strategic feedforward
