Have done the Training Need Analysis of OTV (465 employees)and have successfully conducted the required programs. Have organized the NDTV workshop of seven days for the Newscasters and reporters of OTV. Instrumental in developing and redesigning the existing Performance Management System of the company. Have been the Sutradhar (anchor) for a hindi documentary for Ministry of Health and family welfare, Government of India. Have hosted “Foresight” the annual convention of OTV. Have been a voiceover artist for a lot of advertisements, documentary movies including IVR for Reliance Telecommunications and the latest being an international documentary for “Nabakalebara”, RathYatra.
