It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved”, anchoring an unswevering belief in the saying, Mrs.Babita Das an Electrical Engineer by qualification realised early on in her career that she was destined to be in the genre of Human Resource. Her appetence to unfurl the conundrum of human behaviour actuated her to take up various certifications and a Master’s Degree in Management as an entry ticket to her most coveted world.

• During her sojourn as an Electrical Engineer appreciation billowed and she found herself catapulted to the higher echelons in no time. By the virtue of her’ Participative leadership ‘style, she handled the daunting task of managing heterogeneous teams with ease. Her allegiance rendered her the much needed anchorage in her corporate alignments. Anon she was creating quite a ripple as an employer’s choice.

• The “Pupils Leader” inscribed in her persona as a child has been reiterated in her life and she has never felt tired of flaunting her situational leadership with pomp. Mrs.Das’s yearning to unfold the mystery of human nature encumbered her and she took her first step towards her conspicuous goal by associating with college connect programs. On the very first assignment she found her herself as comfortable as a duck taking to water. Since then there has been no looking back.

Mrs.Babita Das an ardent believer in continual growth has bedecked her most treasured career path by mastering different aspect of personality.

• Communicating to win over conflicts, unravelling the gesture and posture, conflict management with proper understanding of human attitude and behaviour, Transactional Analysis, winning with proper image building, motivational talk, team building and differentiating self love from selfishness are the areas she can be second to none.

An Electrical Engineer topped with an MBA degree and laced with certifications ranging from Personal Counselling, Psychogeometry, Neuro linguistic Programming, Career Counselling to Grooming for the Occasion, Social Etiquettes and Parental Counselling, Mrs. Das has crafted her destiny well.

• Her corporate presence is glorified by various brands like Group Schneider, Batliboi, The British Institutes, Franfinn,Coca-Cola, NALCO, Mahindra and Mahindra, All India Radio, Postal Department, Axis Bank, Allahabad bank, KimjiJwellers, Sri Durga to mention a few. Mrs. Das’s training has crisscrossed the various strata and sectors. Her most prized possession is the appreciation showered on her by the erstwhile President of India Mrs. PratibhaPatil for bringing in a sea change in the personality of Odisha Police. Mrs. Babita Das had independently handled a group of 200 Traffic Police from Bhubaneswar and Cuttack and inculcated the humane way of dealing with civilians but only after loving their own self by taking care of their external image too. The outcome was phenomenal and she was roped in to train the emergency call centre for Commissionerate of Police Bhubaneswar. The incident went viral after being air by national TV.

• Mrs. Babita Das believes in doing what she preaches which is why she has excelled in empathizing with people and exfoliating their emotions, attitude and their external manifestation to bring in the congruency between the person as he is and his true self. She believes that she has not chosen the path to transform people but the path has chosen her and has been extremely kind to her to have put her in a pedestal which is revered by many.

• An alumnus of Bombay IIT (Post Graduation) Mr.Santanu Sathpathy has been a globe trotter gathering vast experience in his field of work. The commencement of his career in the India Defence Service of Engineers through Class I, UPSC Engineering Service Exams fuelled his passion for achieving great heights. He judiciously swung between Government and Private organisations enhancing his knowledge and polishing his skill both at macro and micro levels.An alumnus of Bombay IIT (Post Graduation) Mr.SantanuSathpathy has been a globe trotter gathering vast experience in his field of work. The commencement of his career in the India Defence Service of Engineers through Class I, UPSC Engineering Service Exams fuelled his passion for achieving great heights. He judiciously swung between Government and Private organisations enhancing his knowledge and polishing his skill both at macro and micro levels. He is registered as Individual consultant of ADB. He is life member of Bhubaneswar Metropolitan Management Association, Bangalore Management Association, Indian Institute of Public Administration among six Professional bodies. He was also Director Placement of Trident Engineering college. Bhubaneswar. He was Deputy Representative (India) for Hyundai Engineering and construction in Bombay a member of High level Negotiation Team. His 35 years of rich Industry experience developed in him the urge to help the young generation to bridge the gap between the conventional education and industry demands. Being equally agile in both thought process and action, Mr.Satpathy made a royal entry into the world of academics as HOD Industrial Production in Orissa Engineering College. Soon he created ripples in the temple city and he found himself hopping from one college to other delivering lectures in Business

• Communication and heading or assisting the placement cell to channelize proper talent to appropriate work field. In his extensive industry exposure he has been closely associated with many big names like HYUNDAI, L&T, ECC, NBCC, Phoenix, Maxwin to mention a few. His overseas experience loaded him with the skills required to excel in a foreign land. Be it exploring 20 countries or traversing pan India,

• Mr.SantanuSathpathy has been there and seen it all. He has played cricket for in Ranji Trophy level for Orissa, UP and Andhra and for East Zone against England and Pakistan. He visits several corporates and institutions to deliver talks on various topics.
